ISTQB CERTIFICATION


We have been learning about selenium IDE,Selenium webdriver and other concepts related to testing.I was thinking from long time that i should share my experience related to ISTQB examination and how to prepare for this examination easily. ISTQB Certification cost/ ISTQB certification fee is around INR 4600, but may differ.

          ISTQB is  a International Software Testing Qualification Board .It is a international certification for Testers.Many graduates who just finished their graduation can apply for this certification if they want to build their career as a Software Tester. It is very important certification for all Testers either it be Manual tester or Automation tester.Many II giants ask for this certification from Testers and want them to be a ISTQB certified Tester.ISTQB syllabus can be found on offical site which includes updated syllabus till date.

       ISTQB has 3 levels of certification 


  • Foundation Level
  • Advance Level
  • Expert Level


Today i will be sharing my experience that how i prepared for ISTQB foundation level and from where to take references so that it is easy for all Tester to became a certified tester.

Things that you have to follow
  • Basics of Testing or concept to testing should be clear
  • Majority of question will be based on concepts
  • Only question related to manual testing will be asked no need to study automation
  • Concept of SDLC and STLC should be clear
  • Many dumps are also available in internet which are very helpful in preparation of Foundation level ISTQB examination
Foundation level ISTQB is fully based on concepts of testing.If testing concepts are clear than it is easy to qualify for this certification.Search for Dumps and mock test in internet which will help you to make a image that which type of question are there in ISTQB.We can expect questions on boundary value analysis or equivalence partitioning.
